Help bodyshop issue

Hi I've had my front bumper resprayed on my STI blobeye but I've noticed where the winglets have been removed the black weather seal/rubber? Has been removed where can I get new ones to put on my winglets

Did the body-shop to order them in at cost, they should have explained that they needed to replace them and replacements would be required.

No they didn't mate any idea where I can get replacements or is it complete new winglets?
