Default What's it worth , 2007 STI Spec D

Hi all

My brother in law has a Silver WRX STI type UK Spec D. It was the last of the old shape saloon before the hatch.

I'm a where that 300 were made, but apparently this was 1 of only 25 ? It has the conservative rear lip spoiler instead of the traditional spoilers and also has silver allots with black Brembos

35k fssh
2 owners
Standard

He did pay a lot for this 2 years ago, anyone have an idea of what it's worth ?

Mint condition

Thanks

STi Limited not Spec D sounds like 7k-9k tops

Still has the 2.5 and will need a rebuild at some point.

You will never get £12k in a million years. I sold my mint Spec D fantastic spec with 11k miles for £11k 2 years ago You will struggle to sell and can only hope for 9k if the right buyer comes along. For an unknown car selling to Joe public you don't stand a chance tbh.

It's probably because it's a 2.5 which, as was stated above, will need an expensive rebuild when it goes pop.

I wouldn't pay more than £7k for it, in fact I wouldn't want it at that TBH. £500 tax band and needs £3k spending on the engine before i'd feel comfortable taking it further than the corner shop.
