Default HKS dump valve...

Guys,
Just purchased a car and it unfortunately had this bolted to it. Ofcourse I removed it immediately and will be fitting a standard one.

Question is, is it a genuine HKS one ? The seller assured me it was and I have no reason to disbelieve him. Its obviously an older model but I haven't got a clue.
Also, whats it worth ??

You can't see in the pics but it does have HKS stamped into one side.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
