Hello all went to view a 53 reg impreza sti type uk yesterday but it only states subaru on v5 not like my previous one which stated subaru impreza sti type uk owner says its an import from malta the vin is JF1GDBKH33G035943 any ideas as to what it is I walked away thinking it could just have been a rep but im not to sure

No mate was defo a red top sti engine but not sure were to look for engine number

Its not uncommon for the V5 to be incorrect or miss certain bits with imported cars chap.
As long as everything else checks out then you're golden.

The GDB in the vin tells you its an STi...The WRX would be JF1GDA etc....
