Default Cambelt Cover Question

Car: 03 plate blobeye uk wrx.

Question: does the rear cambelt covers slide on behind the pulleys or are they put on before the pulleys are fitted to the camshafts?

Noob question I know but I've never messed with an Impreza engine so i'm clueless.

Thanks in advance

EDIT: Just searched impreza rear cambelt cover on google images and it shown me pics and looks like the cover goes on before the pulleys so think I may have answered my own question but would still like confirmation?

Yes - Inner covers go on before the pulleys do and a little dab of loctite on the M6 bolts wont come amiss either.
