Has any one used the dtm afr meters before are they any good before I buy one

No idea what they are like but for what they cost you can get an innovate or aem wideband which are well proven.
I used a innovate on my car and couldn't fault it, had a nicer display than the one you linked too.

There on demon tweaks web site but I can get 1 for 70 with sensor

Innovate on my car for 2 years & faultless. Need to calibrate it now & then but only takes 2 mins.

It just looks old fashioned imo, similar to the display on the old knocklinks. I prefer the gauge type like the innovate that gives you an actual number.
I'd rather pay £150 for an innovate than £70 for the one linked but that's just me.
