Default Engine tuner built 2.1 cosworth long engine

Had a long drive down to Plymouth yesterday in terrible weather conditions for a visit to engine tuner to discuss the status of my 2.1 CDB cosworth race engine build.

We had a great tour round Alan's workshop of which he explained the full process of my current build and where we go to next, the engine is now complete awaiting its transplant into the car over the next few weeks here's a few pics of the engine .















A few items alternator,brackets callipers etc sprayed and ready to fit

i seen ure motor at ET early this week when i was down there to pik up mine.. looks mint mate..

whats the full build spec?? u using stock heads or uprateds ones?

Full cosworth short block pistons,rods
Brand new V5 heads with large exhaust valve conversion
Super tech valves rear thrust converted
Rcm oil pump rcm head gaskets
Rcm 14mm head bolts
GT spec cams
Cdf cam pullies
Kevlar timing belt
Rcm full baffled sump with attack a track return to sump system
GTX 30/76turbo
44mm tial wastegate
Rcm twisted kit
Rcm manifold
Super tech bucket and shims
DW 1000cc injectors
Cdf fuel rails
