im after a bugeye sti prodrive style front lip and the only place I can find them for sale is in the states, has anyone ordered one before if so from where ? was is good quality ? and did you get charged any fees ?

have a read here mate,im ordering a load of forged engine parts from real street soon

to keep it simple the costs are

shipping from the us

then duty on the item (4.5% on car parts i think)

then 20% vat

then a delivery/handling charge from ups etc

I ordered some fog light covers from over there came quite fast tbf and the delivery wasn't that expensive either probably cuz they weren't v heavy

just wait for the bill for import duties which can often arrive weeks/months after the item leading you to think the bill aint coming or you've got away with it. I found this out a number of years ago when ordering bits for a 70's Camaro I had.
