Default Rough idea on value of my car

Hi guys,

Im getting an itch for an e46 m3, so I'm just having a wonder on a few things, one being what my car is worth. This is the spec.

2005 sti type uk.
Exterior :

RCM wrc style rear wing with moulded stiffies.
Blacked out headlights
De badged grill
Light tint all round
Boot De locked and smoothed
HT autos rear diffuser.
HT autos front splitter

Suspension and handling:

Xxr 527's 18x8.75 et35 with 225 continentals and 225 dunlops
Tein super street coilovers
Brembo discs and fast road pads
Perrin PSRS
Perrin drop links
Perring strut brace
Perrin chassis lockdown kit

Interior:

Sod all, bone stock

Engine and performance:

Scooby clinic rebuild 8k ago, runs lovely.
RCM fuel pump
RCM 80mm air intake with K&N filter
RCM Radiator cool panel
RCM manifold and complete exhaust system
Ecutek remap
Ported vf35 turbo
Uprated exedy clutch

The car was dyno'd at 353bhp.

It has a few stone chips that have been touched in, but no major bodywork issues. No rust and is spot on. It's currently on about 115,000 miles but as I said the engine was rebuilt about 8k ago.... I have stack and stacks of receipts and is a well loked after car.,

mileage will be your downside to a sale, i know its been rebuilt but the running gear and everything else has done 115k

7kish - maybe more, nice spec, who doesn't like RCM and Perrin bits :-) but despite the engine rebuild I expect many will still find the mileage an issue.

E46 M3 - give this one plenty of thought, they are generally very good cars and like the scoob benefit from being done to death so every mod you could think of is out there. But they do have their share of issues, cracked boot floors, broken rear springs, and rear diffs to name a few. Purely from a driving perspective a base spec car in manual on 18's is the best driver, SMG is fun and actually fairly reliable but I'd still go manual.

Also be prepared to perhaps feel a little underwhelmed performance wise, they do go well but you have to really work the engine for it. Lastly I'd say their even worse than scoobs for dogs, stacks of rough ones about!!

£8k max, and that's only because of the mods and rebuild and I have a soft spot for black, don't like the rear spoiler though, it's a bit carlos for my tastes.

GLWS.

As 328isport has said, give it plenty of thought on the E46 M3, mate had £4.5k repair bill for the rear diff, and a £2.5k bill for the gearbox!! Also the hard top would rattle(convertible) and could never get it sorted, and everytime he drove it in anger it would break some sort of sensor!! maybe just a bad example, but when ever someone mentions E46 M3 i think expensive repair bills, and especially when there knocking on between 9-13 years old!!!

Performance wise, my mates E46 M3 was as quick as my 320bhp Evo 6 GSR(filter & decat exhaust) at the time, infact there was nothing in it. But then again, My Evo was loud and uncomfortable to drive, where as the M3 was quite and comfortable and had a bit more class about it.
