Hi guys,

I have an 05 sti widetrack

I'm not sure if its me or not but the Scooby seems to be taking it's sweet a$$ time getting on full boost. Very high 3's even possibly 4,000 rpm!

From what I have read some people get boost much lower. I have a 76mm rcm intake, and rcm headers and exhaust system with a sports cat down pipe and an ecu tek remap. its sitting at 353bhp.

Should it be lower or have I just gotten used to it?

I'm a bit crap with graphs, when are you on boost?

Mine builds through the low 3k's and then finally hits at about 4k, when its on song its a rocket and is the fastest car I have ever owned, its by no means a slouch.

Im on a 2 port boost solenoid.. smaller diameter pill in the pipe to up boost?

3 port boost solenoid to play with the boost?

Or what turbo would give lower spool but more power?

ive got a bugeye sti on a 35 bud and it spools the same on mine. 3500 and it starts pulling hard. swapping out the pill would maybe give you a bit more boost but i dont think it will make it spool earlier? an andy forrest hybrid td04 is supposed to be the boss for early spool whilst keeping decent top end power. good for around 320 bhp i think i read.
