Anyone done any business with them recently?

Ordered a set of oem spec rear discs and pads on the 23rd of december, not arrived. Sent two emails without reply and now just rang them with no answer.

The order I placed in November came two days later and I was really chuffed but the lack of replies this time has set alarm bells off a bit tbh.

Mate, they were probably closed for 2 weeks at Christmas and only back this week

 

Aztec are a good company mate, i wouldnt worry just yet. I recall seeing a post before saying they respond best to emails as they miss the phone in the workshop as they are always busy. Im sure they will reply when they get through the backlog of emails from Xmas. More than likely they will see this as well

Pretty certain they said they were back on Mon 6th when I placed the order. There isn't an out of hours message on their phone either, just rings out and say extension blah blah etc is unavailable and beeeeeeeep.

I'll give them another go tomorrow. It was more the lack of comms I am concerned about, I didn't think for one minute I'd get my goods Xmas Eve

That's encouraging, if anything the replies have given me a confidence boost. I'll see if mine arrive today/tomorrow.

 

I got my clutch from them and they were spot on..

Aztec have been around for years and are a top company to deal with

 

I ordered a clutch off them last week and it arrived tuesday. They have been closed over xmas so they are catching up with orders.
