Default How to tell what model you have ?

Curious to know what the distinct differences are between the sti & wrx ?

Is there a clear cut difference ? I'm not sure what type I have officially as it's not on the logbook as either so is it just a plain jane scooby ?

Would appear to be a "General & European" Market car Applied model code

(G)Impreza;(C)4 door;(8)2.0L AWD;(D)1996;(K)RHD;(8)GT or in UK a Turbo 2000;(D)DOHC Turbo Full-time AWD 5-speed MT

Neither a WRX nor an STi.............

Sti is the most powerful from the factory, the UK classic was least powerful turbo. It's fairly common for wrx or ukturbo to be advertised as sti. Jdm cars have rear wiper and usually a rear aerial not on the a A post
