you need the clutch, flywheel, starter motor, gearbox, prop, rear diff, linkage, **** & cradle and make sure that the roll pins are still in place.
The clutch, flywheel & starter motor aren't necessarily needed because you can use 5 speed stuff but this is the full conversion. You can't use 6 speed flywheels and clutches with 5 speed boxes though without work to the bellhousing due to clearance

There are loads of different versions of the 6 speed box so just try get one with all the bits as it starts to get a bit of a headache if you buy separate as the rear diff needs to match the box and so on
There a're loads of threads on fitting a six speed in classic so read them and do your homework on it
I bought a dccd box long time ago with rear diff but had to convert the front of the box with stub axles for my classic drive shafts and then had to get a matching ratio diff to match and buy the time I had 6 speed shaft and linkage it cost me more than I could have bought the whole set up

Easiest and cheapest way:
UK non-DCCD box, with its linkage, gearknob and prop
6 Speed cradle and mount
UK 3.54 R160 diff
You therefore keep your 5 speed clutch, flywheel and starter. You also keep your driveshafts and brakes.
Should be able to get a set up like that for about £1300.
