Default Sigma alarm help on classic My99

Was gaffing about putting in new Alpine head unit and speakers over the weekend and a mate came around to help. He seemed to be messing about with the alarm fob as the alarm went off when he opened the door. Thought not a problem but now after getting in the car when you turn the key, the car seems to double lock itself. As in lock and then unlock.

Same thing when you are outside the car and go to lock it. Lights flash as normal and then you can hear the door lock and then unlock. But the problem is made worse by when you then open the door the alarm sounds.

Is there anyway to reset it or stop this annoying problem ?

Thanks

I thought that might be the problem as at first when we refitted the door card I couldn't open the door from the inside. But after a bit of fiddling it worked all fine
Then suddenly today it has this issue

I thought that the command:

* 17856 * 80 # everything off, lock and unlock pulses 1 second

Basically reset default values buddy but now you have me wondering lol
