I was in Watford early this morning on buisness as I approached the A41 the matrix signs were flashing for the north circular closed that was at 3.50 am

, looking at the pictures speed had to be a factor, the North Circ does become a bit of a race track late at night.

obviously he must have had linglongs on it as he crashed...

Just read the whole article truley shocking, but racing should be kept to the track, not where it endangers innocent people.
How would a witness know it had nitros, unless he was involved in that race event?
