Demon tweeks or similar stock silicone hoses and T Pieces that are designed for the job.

make sure you buy some tiny tiewraps to secure the hoses on the t pieces otherwise they can blow off if you run high enough boost.

dont use washer jet hose, it goes brittle with age when subjected to heat and will split/work loose, losing you air and screwing up your MAF sensor readings.

use silicone hose that is made specifically for this job. The T pieces have little ridges on them to stop the hose slipping off, if you use a small tiewrap it compresses the hose enough to make a VERY solid fitting.

Dont use plastic based pipes, they dont clamp properly and age quickly.

mine is only temporary... but it works... just as i matter of interest when i bought a tim boost gauge for my old car it came with clear pipe that looked exactly the same as washer jet pipe and that lasted for ages....

I never seem to keep a car over 2 year so ages related problems never seem to much of a concern..

I take it you have never run an engine with 3.4BAR boost then?

Plastic piping is crap, dont use it.
