Yep. I put a v.5/6 one on my previous MY93.
I think you have to chop out some of the material that would otherwise obstruct the latch for the bonnet, using a hacksaw/Dremmel, etc.
Other than that, the mounting points are the same.
Just might want to fit facelifted lights (as I did), as the Ph.1 lights' curved inner edges don't really look that great against the straighter sides of the later grilles.
You will also get a bit of a gap between the top of the the later lights and the Ph.1 bonnet (but that didn't bother me).

Yeah, as a modification goes, the Ph.2 grille doesn't look outta place on the Ph.1/1.5 bumper IMO.
Although purists wouldn't agree (but that's for another debate).
- Also, as mentioned, you can see the gap 'twixt top of facelifted headlights and early bonnet.

In your opinion.
As I said, at the time it didn't bother ME.
Of course it would look much better with a facelifted bonnet, but I was content with not going to the hassle and expense of sourcing, painting and fitting one. For me, it was an 'acceptable' compromise.
(Also, it did look A LOT more convincing in real life, than it does in that slightly fisheyed/distorted photo.)
But it doesn't matter what WE think; it simply serves as advice for the OP. Now that he's seen it, he is now in a much better position to go with it or not. Or indeed, to go with it AND fit a later bonnet.
...What a forum is for.
