Default boot letters removal

as above, the letters on the boot of a 99t plate turbo 2000, are they stuck on or are they like the older style cars where it leaves nasty hole?

I was also wondering what would be a reasonable price to pay to have rear arches done, still fairly solid but bubbling about 2" from the rear of the arch where it meets the top line of the rear bumper. the car is solid red, not metallic and id want it done properly, any rust cut out, new metal in etc
thanks

Letters are stuck on so easy to remove with a little bit of heat and patience.

Rear arches. Be careful what may be lurjing underneath:

Dental floss will cut behind the adhesive pad then heat can be used to warm it up and roll it off, brake cleaner to remove the residue and polish,done from my experience heating up the letters and attempting to pull off can pull off paint

Did mine myself, so easy to do on my one. Careful peel off letters, clean area with a soapy water & glue came right off.
This is it now;

I think it looks better, the letters looked a bit dated imo..

I think you'll only get an accurate quote by running it into a bodyshop, all depends how deep it goes and how much, always looks less.

Yes as above a bit if heat if the hair dryer and some nylon cat but /fishing line in a sea saw motion and then wd40 or similar to clean off the glue

Every classic is going rusty at the arches
Prices seem To vary between £300-£1000
