Default Fused bolt

I have a set of harvey headers I need to fit, however one of the bolts on the heatshields on my car has fused itself to the heatshield, it has now rounded off and I cant remove the heatshield and get the headers off.

Would some tin snips be strong enough to cut the heatshield enough for me to able to remove the headers?

Cheers

It's called rust.

Decent tin snips should do it, failing that angle grinder FTW.

My 2 best ever tool buys:

1. An angle grinder
2. An SDS hammer drill
