im trying to find out where people get these camera mounts from that have a big sucker on them that u just stick to the windscreen or anywhere else on the car ?
Or i would like any ideas of where/how else to mount the video camera.

Try getting hold of Harj. He had an excellent device last time I saw him at Donnington (March) About £90 I think.

Remove existing center dash lid. Drill hole through the centre of it. Mount drilled metal plate underneath. Attach camcorder via bolt. Screw the thing back on again. Gives great position and steady footage
