Hi guys not sure if this is the right place to post this but i have a 1997 Cataluyna an i love everything about her but i'm in some need of technical advice.
She handles great i'm going to order some new bushes an all that just to freshen her up.
its the power i'm conserened with because i got left for dead by a audi A4 TD today so im in need of advice on power increase not stupid amounts just up to 260-270 bhp would be amazing.
So far she has got a full exhaust manifold back an just about to order a decat manifold apart from that a k&n panel filter so not much done an any advice would be very helpful.
Plus if anyone knows places in Essex im in Colchester so any recommendations on places to take my Cat i would be grateful.

The first thing is you should not be getting left by an audi a4, some of them are fast yes but from my experience a 3.0 tdi a4 will not be as quick as a classic until topend.
The second is you can make it a lot quicker with decat and map, best bet to make it rapid and usable is vf35, decat and map

 

Thanks for the reply will have a look for the vf35 today i think mine is running bad aswell cause i keep getting a strong smell of petrol for a couple of minutes so think that remap is in order. the thing is im new to the scoob scene so think ill be posting alot of issues on here
