trackstar tracker
Hi guys
I know this is in the wrong place but ive ask in lighting and other electrical with no joy
Does anybody know anything about these?
I have just took my clocks out to change a bulb and discovered a little black box with a flashing red light (shat myself at first) it says trackstar trackers.
Rang them up and they told me it wasn't active and couldn't really do anything.
Are there any installers of this equipment on here that can point me in the right direction to getting this up and running?
it has an o2 sim card in it aswell
any info appreciated

You can phone Trackstar to have it reactivated... You have the option of an annual payment or a life payment... Can't remember the actual costs but give them a call and ask

In my experience it makes no difference to my insurance having a tracker, I guess your more likely to get the vehicle back after its been on nicked, but having seen the results I wouldn't know if i would want mine back, after a thrashing, few scrapes, dents ,buckled wheels, etc ( understand not every criminal joy rides )

Just to mention a rare possibility - the reactivation goes on the original reg no.
If the car had/has a private plate you also need to tell them this.
They'll then change the account to reflect the current reg no. as well as new owner etc.
