I've also got several switches that I need to replace the bulbs in.
In other cars (non-Subaru) that I've replaced them for in the past, I've used '12v Subminiature' bulbs from Maplin. Assuming that the Impreza uses the same, it's likely that these will fit:
Clear:

Coloured:

If you go for coloured bulbs, trying to change the colour, you may find that the actual lens/filter is coloured, so it won't work as you expect.
