MY00 Dump valve

I have just taken possesion of my00 and want to change the dump valve and install an induction kit, not being technically minded, but I want the type of valve that makes the hiss when changing gear (is this the atmospheric type?) Can anyone advise of a good combination of induction kit and dump valve. Many thanks.
