Default Baffled ??????

Just looking at the bov blanking plates in the group buy and a little confused so hopefully someone can help . If I remove my HKS D/V and fit a blanking plate the bung remains in the large diameter pipe but what do I do with the small diameter pipe which connects to the D/V
