Default D2 - 8pot calipers

Guys does anyone know a place i can get a set of discs from.. Spoke to Ben at Godspeed but they don't do them for the D2's.

I don't really know much about this brake kit, it was on the car when I got it and need to change them asap.

Thanks

Hi there

Speak with Alyn@AS Performance about the D2/K-Sport discs AP replacement

Second option is you can buy D2/K-Sport Disc for about the £350

I have the K Sports 8 pot in my car and have seen some D2 kits, they look the same: same caliper shape, pads and discs... unless there are some differences in the caliper mount resulting in different disc hats, they are the same. A quick search showed this:

If they are really the same and you have a 2 piece rotor, depending on the disc size you could use the K Sport or AP Racing replacement ones.

|Cheers guys!! I will try Alyn.

Also What pads are common used now? I am soon having a forged 2.1 built @ around 400bhp so need to be able to cope with that.

I don't know much about other brands, but I've been using Carbotech's XP10 since I started tracking my car.

This is my second set with the new brakes, had the first one with the stock 4 pot Subaru caliper. I was very impressed with Carbotech tech knowledge, support and advices, also with the pads quality, initial bite etc. Worth the money imho
