I have got my car booked in for a service next week there has anyone had any problems with them as I have heard a few EVO drivers say stay away from them. ?

Bought my car from them, never had too much of a problem.

Never had a service there though.

Took my car in for cambelt service and front discs

got there and handed in my keys, just getting into the wife's car when the little service man came running over to say that they haven't got the discs and oh by the way we haven't got time to do your service can you bring it back in a week. just a little pee'd off as I had explained everything to them over the phone beforehand. no problems tho when the car was serviced

I've always found them to be really helpful when servicing my MY97 Impreza turbo and now my STI. As far as I can tell they've always carried out the work I've requested, and I've not found any fault with it. Also I've always been able to get a courtesy car if needed.

They are supposedly "dedicated to customer care" so why not try them out. I must admit I like the fact that they always mail the invoice to me so I don't have to pay when the works done .

On the sales side must just mention a big thumbs up for James who was very thorough and couldn't have been more helpful when I ordered my STI .....one of the reasons I purchased it from Gatwick, and not another dealer who wouldn't return my calls .

Used to get my Legacy Turbo serviced there. No longer. Will not go into details but for example charged for screen wash despite my filling it to the brim before taking it in. Surly is the word that sums it up best.
