I've got an omp steering wheel fitted, and in a couple of places, the black suede has gone shiny. How can I bring back the fluffiness .

 

Buy a new one?!

You can get suede brushes that might agitate the suede back up but sounds like it might be too far gone.

Royal steering wheels do cracking refurbishing on steering wheels. When I had a BMW they did a great job of replacing the leather on it and even did M-sport colour stitching. Can't recommend them highly enough

 

Fairy liquid and a scrubbing brush - I did mine last week, it's faded a little but it's furry again

Hot soapy bath and a scrubbing brush brings them up a treat.
Its only oil and grease thats made it go shiny.

 

buy a new one and wear gloves! my Sabelt wheel looks brand new

 

Was about to say your supposed to wear gloves eith a suede wheel

But you look a bit of a bender for everyday driving with gloves on pmsl
