as title, I want to lower but could do with seeing some pics of what it looks like with them fitted, please state what mm drop you went

Ride is good for the road, reasonably supple but still jars a little on potholes and the likes but I'm going to revert to 17s with taller tyres to fix that. I've also got some Prodrive buckets fitted so that reduces the padding too

Can you drop 30mm on standard wrx shocks?

Yes mate, 8x18 et 48 with 12mm spacers at the rear

My 50mm drop is on KYB AGX shocks, they're adjustable but standard length - any lower and they'd dislocate when jacked up but these are as short as you can go on OE shocks. 30mm will be fine though

Mine is a on standard shocks but is an sti will that mean a difference in height with a 50 mm drop ?

STIs are lower anyway, but they also come with different shocks...
