Looking at a forged engine as I can't take mine any further on stock internals, while people are telling me to do a 2.35 I can't see the benifit vs cost so I looked a a 2.1 on a CDB. Who's running one at why power ?

 

I have a 2.1 odb, running 517hp for 20k miles built by engine tuner.

Can't fault it, done a HG and spat a shim that's about it but that was due to other failures rather than the engine build.

Got a cdb here for when I try and go above 600hp

 

Just about to build another stroker for my project but with jdm spec-c avcs heads for added spool/torque
It's much cheaper to go 2.1 vs 2.35,if you ask me the daddy 2.35 is only needed if your chasing BIG power ie 650+ as over 600 has been seen from 2.1's.

 

I want 600 - 650 but on occasion hit it with nos !
