There was 2 full spec 4 door P1s made. These were not badged or numbered as P1s as far as iam aware. Not sure if this is one or not from the advert. These were made incase Prodrive/ Subaru didn't get some sort of eu approval on The 2 door shell so Prodrive also built 2 4 door versions to make sure all the boxes were "ticked" as such for the launch.
I was told this by Mike Wood ex Prodrive and one of the people behind the P1. I used to own the white prototype p1 which again if you phoned Subaru didn't exist but Prodrive confirmed it did.

One thing I have just noticed is that this was registered in 2001 my prototype was registered in 1999 and the P1s were launched in 2000 I would have thought the 4drs would have been registered at roughly the same time as they underwent testing too, but I may be wrong.

It's like a lot of subarus they don't know what they are with so much intermixing and bull unless I was given the paperwork I would treat it like a uk2000 or a sti6. So it's a well over priced, who would want a 4door p1 that didn't even look like a p1, where is the value in that
