Default Moulding / Trim Part Identification

Hi there, on a 07 WRX, does anyone know what the small black piece of trim infront of the rear wheel arch (circled below) is called, or what the part number is?

Many thanks in advance.

local dealer can do the protector and clips for £15.77, so not bad.
