Thumbs up Scoobies in USA

I have recently noticed that classics have made a small but noticed comeback in metal music videos and certain TV series.

There is a maroon turbo classic (with a small spoiler) in The Black Dahlia Murder's music video for Goat Of Departure, round the 1min. 30sec. mark or so...

Tonight whilst watching True Blood (season 6, episode 5: F**k The Pain Away) I noticed that there is a black turbo classic (with a small spoiler) in it, round the 20min. mark or so...

Seen other Subaru models in Grimm & Homeland (TV series), plus a few others.

So I take it they must be MY92-96, as most turbo models I've seen from those years have small spoilers on them.

Just something I've noticed.

Well, by turbo model I meant WRX. There are many MY92-96 JDM WRX models with small spoilers on them. I was looking at buying a black MY96 JDM WRX model (with a small spoiler) not so long ago. Plus I have seen a few other JDM models with small spoilers for sale. They were all MY92-96.

Not via Subaru but they do have them as many do swaps into the RS versions that they got officially or they seem to be allowed to import them in by bits but not import full cars (although I may be incorrect)

You are correct in a way, as I did a bit of digging and found that some of the ones I've seen have been RS/WRX conversions with the N/A 'small' spoiler on them in the US. But I also found that a lot of JDM classic MY92-96 come with the N/A 'small' spoiler on them.
