Default Big thanks to Neil@Slowboy Racing

Just had my clutch replaced by Neil @ Slowboy Racing. Nice chap, really helpful, work was top notch and spotted loads of things the main dealer should have done when it was in for it's service the week before. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone that wants any work done!

Just out of interest, how much did the clutch change cost? Not convinced by my nearest specialist and slowboy aren't too far away. PM if you'd rather. Thanks.

MIght have seen your motor there earlier this week - I dropped mine off for a service on Tuesday morning. You also might have seen mine, W-reg classic.

He always comes highly recommended, not bad for a bloke who commutes to work from the Welsh border every week...

He had a garage full of them when I dropped mine off...When I picked it up there was only Jura's and a 330s in.
I couldn't believe it when he said he commuted from Wales!

Neil's a top bloke, he sorted out my timing belt, and remap last time, I'm taking mine back there next week for clutch to be done and also he's going to sort out my sports cat clearance issues. Also just wondered how much the they charged for changing your clutch if you don't mind sending me a pm.

Jura's was outside when I dropped mine off on Tuesday - when he opened the shutters he had two more on the floor and one on the ramp as well.

Must be committed if he is round tripping from Wales every week. Let's hope he never considers upping sticks and moving his business out that way...

London way rob, looks like your derbyshire by the location. Wouldn't Scooby clinic or Scoobyworld or even RCM be closer for you? Nothing against slowboy, they do top work there!

Jura your wagon is quite simply amazing mate, I took my son with me today cause we went to Brands Hatch while Neil worked on my blob, we saw your wagon and my 5yr old son loved it, had to tell him to keep his hands off, hope you don't mind my boy wanted me to take his picture in front of it.

Rob they're on the same road as the entrance to Brands Hatch, so go pass Brands and look out for a Timber Yard on your right next door is the entrance to the compound where Slowboy Racing is so turn right into it then just follow it til you see Unit 28 there'll be Scoobies out in front of it.

No problem thanks. It's a trek from Derbyshire would have to book hotel so would end up doubling cost of clutch. Looks like scooby world.

His new alignment machine isn't up and running yet - at least, it wasn't when I had the car in for alignment last week. Had everything else done but that, but there's another place on the same site that can do it for him.
