Default P1 on eBay classified with fault?

Can anyone on here shed any light on the p1 for sale at 5k on eBay?

Sounds a good buy, by the description has anyone any better ideas than me what could be up with it.

Could it be the 3port plumbed in wrong or even just a plug left off a sensor on or around the inlet manifold on turbo side of engine where they have fiddled. My tumble generator valve plug was left off once and it wouldnt boost up properly
