Why do you want to remove your ac?

There are issues, the gas in the system cannot be released into the atmosphere as its harmful, it has to be done by a specialist, not complying to this can lead to a very heavy fine for pollution.

Also, as above, why do you want to remove the air con?
If its for weight saving, take the spare tyre out, you wont notice the difference on the road, same as removing the aircon, you wont notice the difference except that you are very hot and bothered in summer with weather like this

thanks for reply. it was to save weight tbh. think ill leave it in then.

it was also if i decided to go front mount i will have more space.

If you buy a decent FMIC you can keep the AC. I removed mine but only to make space for the 044 pump, under bonnet swirl pot & OBP catch tank, but Iv got an RA roof flap so not really a problem to me.
