My01 bugeye 65k feels like a boat ?

Default My01 bugeye 65k feels like a boat ?

2 owner my01 wrx only done 65k just don't feel stable lots of body roll,just feels like a boat, mot was fine,just fitted new droplinks front n back,could it be tired standard suspension? What you guys think cheers in advance

It's a beautiful day out on the water, I'd recommend sailing to Calais.

A decent suspension upgrade would sort it out but make the ride harder. Do you intend to tune this car?

Bugeye WRX rode better on choppy roads than the UK Bug STi where Subaru got it all wrong.

If the shocks are OK then swap the springs for Prodrive or Eibach

How about upgrading the anti roll bars front and rear and also change the drop links while your there. :-)

Ive got a bug wrx and tubby is right. Mine was like a boat. Changed my shock to red sti ones with lowering dprings. Made a lot of difference

As midlife said, change the springs, fit front ALK, rear anti-roll bar and then have a geo set up done, happy days.

Cheap coilovers are a waste of money and shoit on all but the smoothest of roads.

Cheers guy's already done links,its already stage 2,n live in cornwall so already sailing lol ,anti roll bars n struts it is then

OEM struts are OK for the Bug WRX.......it's the springs that are the problem. BITD when the Bug WRX came out people used to track the WRX with Eibach,s, Rear dropouts and better brakes........

I think these are the correct springs........don't remember them being that expensive. Mine came from Trouser at TSL, but that was a while ago LOL
