Enjoy it as it is for a while until you get bored with it, then do as tubby says.

Is there any point getting an induction kit?

No.

Simply put a n/a Impreza is slow and with the additional weight of the AWD is even slower. Buy a turbocharged as standard model if you are after performance.

IMHO

Not worth it mate, the amount of cash you'll need to throw at it to even get a small performance increase would allow you to buy something with a turbo.

As a general rule of thumb, NA engines cost an awful lot to get a performance gain from.

Enjoy it, get used to it and save up for something better.

Performance wise the only mods worth doing are a full through exhaust (which you already have), rear anti-roll bar, decent suspension and better brakes.
Roll bar (£100), classic STI red suspension (£150-200), front 4 pots and braided lines (£200).

Then enjoy it whilst saving for a turbo
