Default cambelt replacement

Im due my second cambelt change on a non turbo gx.
some are saying fit a full kit (tensioners etc) and some say just the belt ok.
ive done 110k miles so its all potentially worn out.

it was also suggested that the water pump be changed to as a precaution even though mines ok.
I'm not looking to get rid anytime soon as I love it to bits, so I would rather do the work before things go wrong.
any guidance most welcome!
oh yeah..does anyone have any idea if you can get get Kevlar hose kits for the non turbo 2.0 models? I used these before on a mx5 and they are very good.
or failing that ..any hose kits at all...all I can find is for the turbo's.

If it only had a belt last time I would go for a full kit this time, probably would change the pump also while your in there.
