Jap wrx up pipe question

Default Jap wrx up pipe question

Hi all I need a new up pipe for my jap wrx on a l plate,

Can some one point me in the right direct as I think but am not sure if the ones on eBay might not fit or are the jap and English wrx car the same in manifold exhaust setup

Give Alyn at AS Performance an call an get one of Harvey's trick uppipes I've just brought one and its a great bit of kit, it will be matched to ur current set up and will increase spool.

The eBay ones are **** mate bore size is too big and the flexi will split after a short while!!

The flexi part will be on the rocker cover when the bolts are tight.

Sorry mate don't quite get what u mean the problem I have with mine the flex part right at the top of the up pipe is split so it needs replacing

Sorry about that, I didn't make it clear what I meant, because the ebay up pipes are a bigger diameter, when they are bolted in, the flexi joint is jammed hard onto the cam cover. What I'm saying is, they don't fit.

std pipes are all the same fitment regardless of JDM or UK / Euro spec unless its Twin scroll.............

twin scroll was JDM STi/specC only from 2003>, as the name implies its TWO pipes...............
