Default Moss on windows rubber

How do I get rid of moss growing at the bottom of the windows? It's the thin rubber strip thingy which I presume seals the bottom of the window as it slides up and down.

I get green stuff on them from the trees and plants but not moss. WD40 on a rag gets it off of mine.

Iused that stuff for getting rid of black mould, in a spray. Spray it on, leave for ten minutes, fettle with an old toothbrush, and rinse off.

A toothbrush sounds the best bet lol. I do clean it, but it's a place not reached by normal washing.
