Well after selling my Type R this week im going back to newage. I'm after a Bug STI, Blob STI or Hawk WRX I think.

Not looking for crazy miles and budget of sub 6k

Anyone thought about selling up?

 

Good luck getting an STI with a £6k budget, too many being broken in that price bracket unfortunately.

Then there's the hawk engine issues, i'd save a bit and bide my time if I were you, another £1500 would see you in a decent Blob STI that will last a while, £6k STI's are at the dog eared end of the market.

 

My last blob STI ppp was on 72k with service history and cost me well south of 6k.

I was more posting as an enthusiast owned car would be advantageous

 

My mate just brought a really nice bug sti for 4k so they are about at the right price if you look about but some are dogs aswell lol

 

Yeah I went to look at a White Bug STI on Saturday. It was tragic!!

 

Got a few to go and see on the next few days.

Still hunting though
