Sounds as if the captive nuts moulded into the spoiler are loose.
Have you got all six bolts out? there are two under the two rubber bumpers on the boot lid.
Then check for any extra screws etc, disconnect brakelight wiring, and I'm afraid you are going to have to PULL it off.
You MAY get away with it, it MAY come off in one piece...
If/when you get it off, it should then be easy enough to hold each captive nut in a pair of Mole-grips and remove the bolt. If you are lucky, you might then get them BACK into the spoiler with either epoxy paste**, or fibreglass type stuff.
My bet is you won't, sorry

I would follow alcazar ,s advice as I don't see any other way of doing it!
Maybe you could cut offending head of bolt off and pull spoiler off and go from there mate.
