Maybe check your steering column or both front wheel bearings

If not CVs

AlSo check "C" clips are still holding in the shafts

Check wheel Brgs

If you have 2 piece brake discs check the 12 Allen bolts holding them together aren't catching any where with play in wheel brgs.

Or...

Centre diff?

£900 fitted from your local Subaru dealer or £60ish 2nd hand off a lowish miles 'breaker' plus c£150 to fit.
