Love this car, saw it a few years ago. A proper wolf in sheeps clothing.

It's a nice classic, but it needs quite a bit of work doing cosmetically (rear arches have given up, and a few scratches) and some corrosion to the chassis that needs looking at in the near future, and I don't think I have the time, money or patience to see this through. I may look into getting an RA Shell and move everything over Plus I've always fancied a Spec C so I'm fairly torn what to do going forward.

A set of ABW arches would resolve the rear arch issue, but them I'd need new wheels, tyres and probably brakes, Plus paint! So I'm guessing here at £1500+ just for the arches and paint work without wheels etc

I could maybe buy an RA Shell and transfer it all for that money

Food for thought.

Just take your time deciding,Rome was not built in a day,as you have done make notes of what needs doing and when you have the money and time get it done,it could be a lovely project.SJ.

I was thinking the same thing.
Anyway it's good to see you back in a Subaru, are you planning on doing some quarter mile runs at TOTB?

Nothing to be sorry about bud, you'd assumed out of all my Subaru ownership that I'd have owned a classic before now, but truth be told I prefer the look of a Blobeye and Hawkeye, and lately I'm starting like the Hatch

Remind of these stickers, I vaguely recall the conversation

The day it caught your eye was the day I bought it, I thought I'd stop off for a rest on the way back up, at Oulton Park
