Forum scammer warning....
Just a heads up, a lad I work with has just been taken for £300 for a vauxhall corsa engine on gumtree.
Things only came to light when he googled his contact number 07506079558 and it would appear he's been targeting various car/bike forums.
The young lads already been told that its unlikely anything will be done unless conman is caught in the act, so just left the details with fraud squad and police who weren't interested.
I'm getting sick of reading about this sort of thing lately seems to be getting far too common!
