Default Problem?

I have a problem with my classic turbo 2000. When driving there is a loud squeak coming from my drivers side rear wheel like the noise when your pads are low but louder I can even hear it over the burble of the Scooby. However after I took the car out today the squeak was there but it also felt like the car was holding back so I pulled over and my rear drivers side alloy was boiling hot any ideas what could be up please people as I tought it may be pads but now thus with my alloy its baffled me!!

Seized caliper. The easiest fix is just to swap it for a replacement s/h one, they're not expensive and it's much quicker than trying to fix the one you have IMHO.
