My car made an awful whistle when the downpipe bolts worked loose. Just do them up tight and away you go.

There are a couple of Subaru Specialists in the North West area,

Here are 2 that I know of & both have a good reputation

OP... Can always hear my turbo spool up around 3-3.5k. With radio off it's quite noticeable. All normal though. I found my 03 STi makes all kinds of noises but it's mostly all normal. The engines are not quiet really are they? Lol.

Yeh, mines very loud.. more than usual but ive just had a decat too so that doesnt help haha.

I can recommend Richard Henry Autos at Bradford on 01274 732508

They helped me out with a couple of issues last year that others couldn't find.

They were originally recommended to me by Bren from Apex.

Good bunch of guys.
