Spec D Loud Squeaking
Hi All,
WRX STi Spec D 07/07 33k miles.
Over the last few mornings, I've been getting a loud squeak from somewhere. Not sure if it's front or rear, but sounds like the nearside. Over bumps in the road and speed humps.
It sounds rubbery if that makes sense, not like a belt squeaking.
The strange thing is that after a 10 minute drive, it goes away.
And this evening there was no squeaking at all when driving home from work. The car had been sat in the sun all day. The problem seems to be in the mornings when it's a lot colder outside.
So, it looks like perhaps an anti roll bar bush(es)? Showing up in the recent dry weather?

Hi I'm running a 97 r Impreza turbo 2000 uk car. I get a squeak from back end and I'm almost certain its my trailing arm bushes. Going to replace with poly bushes. Just got to get old ones out. Jack car up and give back wheel a good pull forwards backwards and in and out to check play. The bushes might not have play but rubber maybe perished
