Default New member - I really need some help please?

Hi all,

I'm new to the site and was hoping for some advice please?!

I've had my 2001 Bug eye sport since November and have worked on getting it back on the road after it having a small front end smack (from before I bought it)

I got it jigged, sorted the body work, just got a full re-spray only for it to fail it's MOT miserably today.

Basically, it has failed on front sub frame corrosion, rear arms, rear sub frame bushes and the plates that hold the bushes in, rear cross member, rear brake lines, rear shocks, rear arm bushes etc.

I have found local car being broken for parts but it's the classic shape. Does anyone know if the rear arms and whole suspension will fit the bug eye shape?

I appreciate any help and advice.

Many thanks,

Kelly

Have a look in the for sale section. There was someone selling a full set of shocks with springs in ok condition for £20. As for your question, I'm not sure. You'll have to wait for someone more qualified to come along and answer that. Loads of full cars being broken on there as well.
